At Manolo Blahnik Store, we craft every shoe with precision and care, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Should you need to return or exchange an item, our policy is designed with the same attention to detail that goes into our footwear.

Eligibility & Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition
  • Original packaging and tags must be intact
  • A copy of your order confirmation must be included
Please note: For hygiene reasons, slippers marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. All other categories (Bridal shoes, Flats, Heels, Sandals, Sneakers) are eligible.

Return Process

  1. Initiate your return: Email our Style Consultants at [email protected] with your request using the template below.
  2. Receive authorization: We’ll respond within 48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Prepare your package: Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship your return: Send via your preferred carrier to:

Exchange Process

Follow the same steps as returns, clearly indicating in your email:

  • The item you wish to exchange
  • Your preferred replacement (style, size, and color)
  • Any price differences will be processed after we receive your return

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Note: International refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement.
