Shipping Information
We deliver worldwide (excluding Asia and select remote areas) with two convenient shipping options:
Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
- Order processing: 1-2 business days
- Delivery time: 10-15 days after dispatch
Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS
- Order processing: 1-2 business days
- Delivery time: 15-25 days after dispatch
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn and in original condition
- Original packaging and tags must be intact
- Include a copy of your order confirmation
Important Note: For hygiene reasons, slippers marked as “final sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. All other categories (Bridal shoes, Flats, Heels, Sandals, Sneakers) are eligible.
Return Process
- Initiate your return: Email our Style Consultants at [email protected] using the provided template below.
- Receive authorization: We’ll respond within 48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Prepare your package: Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Ship your return: Send via your preferred carrier to: Manolo Blahnik Store

Exchange Process
Follow the same steps as returns, clearly indicating in your email:
- The item you wish to exchange
- Your preferred replacement (style, size, and color)
- Any price differences will be processed after we receive your return
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing time: 3-5 business days
- Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Note: International refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
